Terms of sale

Prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS). Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment. Online orders are paid in full by mobile money or card through Paystack. Custom orders need a deposit before cutting begins; the balance is paid before collection or delivery.

Ready-made pieces are often one of a kind. If two people pay for the last piece at the same moment, the second person gets a full refund or a remake, their choice.

Returns. Ready-made pieces can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if unworn, with tags and in original condition. Custom-made outfits are made to your measurements and can't be returned, but we will adjust the fit free of charge within 7 days.

Cancellations. A custom order can be cancelled with a deposit refund before cutting starts. Once cutting has started, the deposit covers fabric and work already done.
