Privacy policy

Emie's Creation collects only what we need to make, deliver and support your order.

What we keep: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email if given, delivery address, your body measurements, style photos you share, and your order and payment history. Card and mobile money details are handled by Paystack; we never see or store them.

Why: to make your outfits, contact you about your orders, deliver them, and keep proper business records.

Texts: we send order and payment updates by SMS. Birthday and promotional messages are only sent if you agree, and you can ask us to stop any texts at any time.

Who sees it: only our staff, and the services that help us run the shop (SMS, payments, delivery partners, secure hosting), each only for their part. We never sell your information.

How long: we keep records while you are a customer and as long as the law requires for business records.

Your rights: under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Contact us on 0551705663 or emiescreation1@gmail.com.
